Are you fascinated by deal environments and corporate restructurings? Would you like to become part of a team of specialists working on both national and international deals? We are currently looking for a Senior Corporate Tax Consultant.
 
As a Senior Corporate Tax Consultant in our mergers and acquisitions team or in the international tax practice you will be offering tax advice in the framework of due diligence acquisition structuring and post-deal integration legal restructuring financing of acquisitions and all other side aspects surrounding a deal which may have a tax impact. You will analyse files solve problems and signal opportunities always operating as one integrated team.

You have:

    * a masters degree in Economics or Law preferably with an additional postgraduate qualification in Taxation
    * two to five years experience in corporate taxation whether or not specifically in an M&A context
    * an interest in becoming an M&A tax expert
    * fluent Dutch French and English language skills
    * the ability to work to tight deadlines and you are well organised
    * a broad view on company life and you are a team player

We expect you to contribute actively to Client Relationship Management and to continually strive to deepen your own technical know-how.
