Senior Manager Talent Acquisition ()


To strenghten one of our HR expertise centers, we are looking for a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition.

Coca-Cola Enterprises is looking for a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, who will lead and coordinate the Benelux recruitment activities, in line with European Talent Acquisition strategy, processes and initiatives. The Senior Manager will lead a team of 5 recruiters in order to build a Talent Pipeline for CCE in line with local business needs, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality recruits to the business.

Key Accountabilities

The Senior Manager:

– Connects and consults easily with the local business leadership and HR Business Partners to define future talent needs and to define appropriate sourcing and recruitment plans to meet these needs;

– Manages not only country implementation of European policies, projects and tools in order to ensure these are adequate and where necessary adapted for the Benelux context, but also stimulates the sharing of best practices within and across countries, and participates actively in European improvement projects;

– Ensures appropriate representation and enlarges the recognition of our Employer Brand “Thirst” in the External Labour Market and leads the local implementation of Graduate Recruitment programs;

– Manages, coaches and motivates the recruiters in order to obtain an efficient, functioning recruitment department staffed with qualified recruiters;

– Follows-up on the Talent Acquisition budgets and conducts regular analysis and reporting of key country TA metrics and budgets in order to monitor and continuously improve the department’s performance.

– You have a Master’s degree or obtained equivalent experience;

– You have at least 7years of experience within HR, preferably recruitment or 2 other HR expertise domains;

– You have at least 5 years of experience with leading, coaching and motivating teams spread over more than one location;

– You combine excellent communication, influencing and people skills, with impact and a dynamic, motivated and result driven personality;

– Furthermore you connect easily with others and you are experienced in collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced, fast moving, complex environment;

– Your outgoing personality allows you to strengthen the internal recognition of the department;

– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, especially Taleo, and recruiting analytics can be a plus;

– You are fluent in Dutch, French and English;

– Occasional travel will be required in this role.
