An important challenge for financial institutions is to actualize and optimize the chain of intermediaries that products follow before reaching the consumer or end-user.

Since a few years, the web became an important platform for product selling and operational follow-up. Banks and Insurance companies have to adapt and integrate the direct or “e-channel” in their distribution strategy beside the more traditional channels like (bank) agencies, agents, brokers, captives, etc.    



What ?


As a Solution Manager distribution channels :

·        You will manage projects and perform missions in the domain of e-channeling, e-marketing, e-strategy, mobile, internet applications, … in the banking or insurance sector.

·        You will help to develop the consulting service offering in the distribution channel domain.

·        You will actively work on business development in the distribution channel domain.

·        You will guide and mentor other consultants in distribution channel projects.

Who ?


·        You have a minimum of 8 years of experience with minimum 5 years at a Bank or Insurance company, or at a consultancy firm in the domain of e-channeling, e-marketing, e-strategy,…

·        You have an university degree or equivalent higher education qualification in economics, engineering, commercial sciences or comparable.

·        You are experienced in project management, business analyses,…

·        You have a good knowledge of the two main national languages and of English.

·        You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit

·        You have the drive and envy to develop new business offerings

·        You are a good communicator: presentations, client contacts, people management, proposal writing, service offering,…

·        You can translate ideas and challenges in concrete action plans and business development initiatives

·        An existing network in the financial industry is an asset
