Customer service Spanish- English – Dutch . In this role, you will maintain and further develop the international customer relations with our clients. As focal point of contact for our customers, you will ensure customer satisfaction and advise customers on product and order related inquiries utilize our quality improvement Process. Next to this you will provide professional and proper response to all product and order related inquiries as required while cooperating in a strong international team. You main tasks will include: – Order processing: Ensuring an accurate, timely handling a high quality order processing and assisting the customer in the selection procedure – Providing the right information and identify the best product which suits the best – Maintaining an intense daily communication with the sales team and other departments – RFI: Managing all telephone, fax or email inquiries relating to freight, product application, or billing issues for primary accounts and other accounts as required – Identifying potential sales opportunities and ensure the sales team receives the right information – Creating, editing quotations based on the needs of the clients – Entering, monitoring and checking the orders – Verifying, analyzing and resolving customer requests, inquiries or problems by utilizing established procedures – Daily reporting and weekly joining team meetings – Identify and report all instances of problems, potential sales leads and system errors that are not immediately resolved to supervisor and Sales Representative and / or Sales Management – Assisting in various tasks, projects and responsibilities as assigned by a Customer Care Supervisor or Manager. Profile We are looking for a Spanish profile with 3 years of customer service experience who is able to work in Gent area (area is difficult to reach by public transport). The profile we look for is a dynamic team player with excellent communication skills who easily streamlines different communications channels while troubleshooting and having efficiency in his daily organisation.
