For our client working in the healthcare sector, we are currently looking for an allroound Assistant! The beautiful offices are located in a nice area of Brussels and are easily accessible by public transportation!

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

– Welcoming patients, re-assuring them, giving them the necessary information

– Handling incoming telephone calls and emails

– Agenda management, fixing appointments with the doctors

– Handling some preparatory examinations (little measurements for which no medical background is required!), checking data and encoding the data into a computer system

– Preparing files, making sure the necessary documents are in there

– Preparing invoices

– Preparing the operating room and handing the instruments to the surgeon during the operations. A training for these tasks will be provided on the job. You do not need to have a nursing/medical degree.

– Potential projects: updating the website with new pictures/articles/etc.; preparing and/or attending medical conferences, helping out with the development of new brochures, ordering new office supplies and medicines, etc.


-You are perfectly bilingual Dutch/French with a very good working knowledge of English.

-You already had a first experience in an administrative function.

-You have excellent IT Skills (Word-Excel-PowerPoint)

-You are a very communicative person and a real team player.
