Our team
Is in charge of the design and the implementation of the logistics strategy in Europe for the delivery of vehicles from the factory to the retailer.
Your responsabilities
•You take an active part in thedevelopment, the detailed design and the preparation for the future vehicle logistic set up
•You manage cross departmental projects to optimise the vehicle distribution network across Europe
•You are responsible for a timely implementation of the projects within budget
•You have the ability to liaise and coordinate projects with operations (manufacturing environment)
•You participate in the selection of the logistics suppliers for transportation (vessel – truck – train), port activities, yard and workshop activities
•You participate in tendering, negotiations and contract management
•You lead action plan for Logistics Partner performance improvement when required
Your profile
•University Degree: Supply Chain / Logistics / Engineering
•1 to 3 years of relevant experience (Automotive is a plus)
•Experience with logistics projects
•Focus on continuous improvement
•Good communication and negotiation skills
•Strong personality, result driven, analytical thinker
•Excellent in figures, calculations
•Team player
•European-minded and willing to travel (<10%)
•Fluent in English, any other European language is an asset
•Comfortable with MS Office applications, specially Excel
