Administration Manager ()


• Organise/provide a basis for management planning, operating controls and financial performance appraisal.
• Review actual against budgeted performances and prepare reports explaining budget deviations.
• Analyze the customer’s needs and identify ways to grow the business.
• Take lead in the construction of the sales budget according to the guidelines of the company.
• Support the Branch Manager in business strategy.
• Ensure all guidelines and regulations are known, followed and reviewed on a regular basis.
• Prepare all audits.
• Organise the hiring of admin personnel with HR (before, during & after selection).
• Propose and implement objectives, incentives and performance management for sales and sales support teams.
• Master degree in Applied Economics, Commercial Engineer
• Min. +/- 5 years of relevant working experience in similar positions
• Excellent practical knowledge of finance, sales & marketing techniques is required
• People management experience is required
• The ideal candidate is a good verbal communicator, problem solver and timely decision maker.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English (written and spoken). – openended employment in a stimulating working environment
