Our client is a successful international player in the healthcare/medical sector. For their offices located in Brussels, they are currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant for the Sales & Marketing Department.


• Providing full administrative support to the Marketing Operations Manager and the VP Sales & Marketing
• Managing agendas
• Organising travels and meetings
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations
• Handling expense notes and preparing reports
• Coordinating the communication between the regional Sales & Marketing teams (coordinating the information flow, etc.)
• Managing the database: inputting data, assisting in creating a pricing and product database, etc.
• Liaising with marketers in Europe about sales & marketing-related matters

• You ideally have a relevant experience in a multicultural environment
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken). Any other European Language is a plus!
• You are computer literate: sufficient knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• You are reliable, detail oriented, dynamic and have good organisational skills
• You are open-minded, creative, hands-on and proactive
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• A temporary contract of 4 months, followed by a permanent contract
• €2,200-€2,500 depending on skills and experience + competitive package
