Atos – Senior Project Manager – IT Infrastructure – Managed Services ()

We are looking for a senior Project Manager to reinforce our Managed Services unit with at least 10 years of experience who knows how to get confidence from both the client and project team within Atos. This will enable him to participate in the BID faze and manage the coordination of larger transition and transformation projects. • Provide operational direction to the whole project • Ensure that project deadlines and costs are met • Define clear and realistic project plans for the assigned projects • Execute the projects according to standard project management methodology • Plan and follow-up tasks of the team members • Ensure appropriate communication and coordination • Manage external & internal parties when involved • Report by stages to the Head of Project Management, may also report directly to the steering committee • Assess and weigh issues, risks, time and money against amendments to the scheme which may cause benefit or savings, but also can threaten the success of the project by defining their impact and mitigation • Assist the BID Management team by taking up the transition part (Project plan, costs, due diligence, etc.) • A degree at Bachelor or Master level • Proven project management experience (minimum of 10 years) • A good understanding of the different ICT infrastructure technologies • Proven experience in managing outsourcing, migration and consolidation projects / processes • Proven experience in the pragmatic approach of project management techniques such as Prince2 • Very good knowledge and understanding of the different ITIL processes and associated delivery models • Proven experience with the following activities: o Commercial: assist / collaborate with the Sales team and perform pre-sales activities. You can detect and identify opportunities at existing and new customers o Technical: technical affinity with the design and implementation of solutions / architecture (Virtualization) and outsourcing solutions (Cloud Computing) o Bid Management: start, manage and prepare new bids, assisted by technical consultants and solution / product specialists (Project approach/planning/FTE calculation) o Project Delivery / Management: ensuring in time delivery projects within agreed time frame, quality, budget and objectives (monitoring) • Aware of the latest IT infrastructure technologies • Service minded, commercially and customer oriented, problem solver, persevering, a strong communicator, results minded and focused on goals (see them through) • Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French
