Billing Advisor – TEMP ()

Beschrijving:

As a Billing Advisor you will be responsible for the follow-up of the billing portfolios of our Partners and Managers. You will work independently and will ensure a timely and accurate service to our clients answering all questions in a professional manner.

 

Your tasks will include the following:

 

    • ensuring correct and timely billing procedures     • preparing invoices together with Partners and Managers     • ensuring appropriate ad-hoc reporting to internal clients      • ensuring the master data maintenance of timesheet systems     • answering questions related to invoices     • ensuring the daily monitoring of work in progress

 

 

You have

 

    • good organisational and analytical skills     • the ability to work independently     • experience with SAP which is an asset.     • knowledge of accounting. This is an asset but not a requirement.     • a service-minded personality     • the ability to speak fluent in Dutch French and English

 

This job is temporary from January 2014 till June 2014.
