As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal users regarding the factoring software application. You will perform both incident, problem and change management tasks. You will be the interface with the software supplier and hosting partner. As project engineer, you will also participate and take a lead role in software projects like technical upgrades, new functionalities, system enhancements.

• Bachelor or master Degree in ICT
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good understanding of financial processes
• Experience with SAP, iMX, Cognos or similar applications
• Strong communication skills in English, fluent in Dutch or French with a good understanding of the other language; German is an asset
• Excellent problem solving abilities and analytical mind
• Accurate, structured approach
