My client is an international consulting firm active in the most sectors of activity. They are offering a wide range of services from strategic planning to the creation of products. Established in Belgium for a couple of years, they are proud to count more than 600 employees in Brussels. As the business is booming, they are looking for several BUM to create & manage a team.

Mission : Build your own business

Your tasks will include :

• Prepare & set up an action to develop your business within targeted industries. You identify clients & prospects.
• Once your portfolio of clients (that you will be managing) gets bigger & unbearable for one people, you will recruit all the profiles needed to achieve success & company’s objectives.
• You will act as a real leader to your team : management, motivation, retention, evolution, growth opportunities…
• You are responsible for the P&L of your Unit.
• The more business you bring, the bigger is your team.

Profile

• You hold a Civil Engineer or Commercial engineer
• You are fluent in Dutch, French & English
• You hold between 2 to 6 years experience in Sales
• You are natural leader & entrepreneur
