E-Learning Coordinator (M/V) ()


• Plan and deliver professional development activities in the area of e-learning, develop and create e-learning materials and provide guidance to other departments/end-users
• Serve as a resource and expert in e-learning by providing expertise, support and just-in-time training to enhance implementation. Create training material to increase and support the use of the e-learning tools
• Provide direction and structure regarding relevant emerging initiatives or projects
• Maintain open communication channels with internal customers, involved departments and training & development staff
• Collaborate with involved parties and stakeholders to develop, evaluate and implement e-learning plans;
• Be familiar with, review and recommend for purchase, available learning programs or systems. Keep up with new technologies and developments in e-learning domain
• Point of contact for the e-learning users
• Implement and develop tools for follow-up and analysis of e-learning
• Ensure proper reporting on a regular basis of all e-learning activities and projects, and provide data and specific information to the European Training Manager
• Collaborate closely with product trainers and product managers to implement professional development activities and e-learning projects

• Min. bachelor education or equivalent by experience, with a strong interest in medical devices
• You have strong attention to detail and consider yourself to be a completer/finisher
• You have well-developed computer skills and have the ability to keep current with relevant evolving technology
• You are a strong communicator on different levels. You are able to work in European wide team of professional people, but you can also function in a self-directed manner with a high degree of independence
• You are a dynamic, positive, proactive, reliable person, with strong organizational skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Preferably you are also fluent in Dutch and/or French. Any other European language is an asset
• Flexibility in travelling (10%) as well as in thinking (out-of-the-box) is required
