HR Business Partner ()


A new challenging position as a HR Business Partner has come available at one of our clients based in the Antwerp region.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day A-Z HR support of the Belgian employees and management
  • Offering support to the management teams in the foreign activities for the set up and execution of our HR practices
  • Projects and roll-out of main HR processes (development, performance management, data gathering, employee engagement, etc) on an ad hoc basis, and with an international footprint.
  • Recruitment and selection for a variety of roles in different businesses
  • Coordination of the annual performance appraisal process and salary review process across the company.
  • Assist the HR Manager with the implementation of a new HR IT platform in the company
  • Assist with the development and implementation of a practice concerning management development and talent
  • Follow up of all temps that are active in our company, together with the payroll team

We are looking for a person with a solid all round HR operations background, who is able to create a relationship of trust with the main stakeholders and all employees in general. The ideal candidate has several years of (senior) generalist HR experience, preferably in an international context. The candidate must have a hands-on mentality, is energetic and needs to have an interest to be active in an entrepreneurial environment.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required along with a solid knowledge of French.
