For one of our clients located in Brussels (Airport), we are currently looking for an Information System Specialist: We are presently seeking an Information Systems Specialist for our Brussels, Belgium location. Candidate will provide technical support for computers and associated networks; troubleshoot and repair personal computers and associated peripherals; and assist in analyzing failed equipment; and assist in installation projects and special projects. All candidates must have solid working knowledge of computers and associated networks. Basic knowledge of troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing personal computers. Customer contact with proactive interaction and interactive skills of troubleshooting customer needs. Needs few details on routine and project work assignments. Supervision and guidance only when needed. This position is shift based and candidate will need to provide on call support. Must be fluent in English, French and Dutch. Minimum of 1 year experience working directly in a customer service environment. Provides basic technical support for computers and associated networks. Assists in basic troubleshooting procedures and in repairing personal computers and associated peripherals; and assist in installation projects. Basic knowledge of computers and associated networks. Basic knowledge of troubleshooting. Customer contact and proactive interaction. Attention to detail on routine and project work assignments. HS Diploma required.
