Internal Sales with Engineering background ( M/V ) ()

Beschrijving:

-To provide effective internal sales support to the sales staff and the customers (aftermarket & OEM customers);
-To assist sales with customer quotations, customer order handling, invoicing & accurate follow-up;
-Point of contact with settled customers (including as back-up during absence of account manager);
-To coordinate internally with different departments and production plants, local and international, with regards to sales activities;
-To elaborate, coordinate and support, in cooperation with sales team, special actions (CRM project);
-To provide administrative support to the sales staff (including sales reporting).

– You have completed an industrial engineering degree in electro-mechanics.
– You are a team player with good sense of initiative.
– As you will be working in an EMENA team, some traveling may be part of the job.
– Strong communication skills in French and English (written and verbal). Any other additional languages are an asset
– Strong administrative skills: Reporting/follow-up/quote preparation etc…;
– Good software knowledge
– Good coordination skills
– A Team player
