Order-To-Cash Supervisor with people management skills ()
Beschrijving:
•Customer Master Data
o Ensure accurate and timely customer master data maintenance by local credit controllers in close collaboration with master data governance team via periodic checks
• Credit management (risk)
o Ensure customers are categorized in the correct risk category
o Ensure necessary coverage via insurance or bank
o Limit and manage the uncovered risk for both customers and suppliers
o Manage payment terms
o Ensure credit checks in system are effective and efficient
o Ensure proper release of blocked customer orders
• Collections management (promise to pay)
o Determine strategy for cash collection incl dunning
o Investigate the different tools to manage (e.g. SAP receivables management)
o Ensure timely cash collection
o Process in- & outgoing payments correctly and timely including netting
• Dispute management (solve the issue)
o Contact customer to capture potential issues asap in the collection process
o Ensure the customer’s claim or complaint is solved in close collaboration with the necessary parties (distribution center, accounting, sales, customer service, etc…)
• Management reporting incl close
o Monitor KPI dashboard for Order-To-Cash and ensure necessary actions are taken
o Create the monthly required reports for A/R and credit control
o Lead monthly close for A/R, CC and C&B;
• Compliance / SOX
o Ensure compliance / execute SOX controls monthly reconciliation of A/R accounts, update of policies & procedures, etc.
o Maintain a filing system for all financial documents for relevant domain.
• Master or Bachelor degree in Accountancy;
• 5+ years of experience in A/R, credit control or customer service;
• Experience in SAP (SD & FI) is an asset;
• Pro-active attitude, accuracy and strong communication skills are a must;
• People and Project management skills are a must;
• You are a real team motivator and coach;
• Good working knowledge of English and French (written and spoken). Other languages can be an advantage.
