The role entails promoting the participation in the Towers Watson remuneration surveys for the Benelux region with an existing client and participation base of international and global companies.  Prospecting new companies in participating in our surveys and managing our client relationships. Visiting and presenting Towers Watson to our client and working on  additional analytical compensation HR projects (e.g. benchmarkings, job matching, analysis of different sectors in the market etc.).

The main focus will be placed on Belgium and the Netherlands, the location of the job will be Brussels based. 

We are looking for a French speaking self-starter with a commercial attitude. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in general HR, compensation and benefits area. Fluent in English with a good command of the Dutch language is essential.

Minimum educational requirements is: Bachelor’s degree. Excellent Excel skills. Has a driver’s license. Is a team-player who knows how to get the job done.
