We are looking for a Project Manager Infrastructure to start ASAP for an IT Service Company in Brussels.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Location: Brussels

Description:

You will be in charge of the management E2E (business & IT) of the migration projects like: Websphere, Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, DRP,… In the respect of the standards & process of the organization.

Interface between customer & project:

· Participate to the writing of specifications based on the requirement defined by the Business Specialists of the customer organization;

· Check to the redundant validation of the customers for the different deliverables & changes;

· Insure the agreements of the projects from all stakeholders.

Pilot of the project:

· Insure the achievement of the project in respect of budget, planning, taking into account the quality & identifying deliverables agreed with the customer;

· Manage the risks & issues & propose mitigation plans of risks;

· Realize the global capacity planning of resources & insure they are fully reserved/allocated to the various work packages defined.

· Insure a regular coordination of different team coordinators involved in the project.

Reporting on the project

· Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders on the status of parts of the project which he is responsible, and in compliance with the standards of the organization.

Required skills set:

Mandatory skills:

· Master or equivalent;

· Experience with project methodologies (Prince2, PMI,…) A certification is an asset;

· Good knowledge of the issues of complex IT environment;

· Very good skills with office & project management tools (MSP, Planview or equivalent);

· Practical experience in Infrastructure project;

· Result oriented;

· Customer oriented;

· Autonomous, initiator;

· Empathic;

· Team Leadership;

· Good communication skills: written & oral;

· Analytic;

· Organized;

· Stress resistant;

· Problem Solver.

Language:

· Dutch: Fluent

· French: Fluent
