Onze klant in de regio Wetteren is een gerenommeerd farmaceutisch bedrijf. Ze zijn actief in ontwikkeling en productie van fine chemicals voor de farmaceutische industrie. Men biedt een hoog kwaliteitsniveau aan.
Momenteel zoeken wij een R&D support manager.
Tasks:
· You are supporting the management of the R&D Department in a variety of activities, including literature, new project inquiries, business development and improvement projects
· You assist the R&D Projects Manager in the evaluation of potential new projects, you search for raw material sources, deliver scientific literature background and gather all relevant information, while collaborating closely with all divisions
· You provide clear and concise literature studies on potential new projects, products and
technologies
· You assist the R&D Projects Manager in Business Development tasks
· You support the R&D Management in the outroll of new initiatives on Continuous Improvement within the R&D department
· You support the R&D Management in advanced administrative tasks, including procedures, promotional presentations, training plans
· You are prepared to participate in, or lead a Process Development team who are involved in practical organic chemistry experimentation.

· The function reports to the R&D Projects Manager
· PhD in Organic chemistry or Master in Chemistry with relevant experience
· Good management skills
· Good personal organization, autonomous
· Team player, and a clear communicator
· Flexible and creative, talented in multitasking
· Good knowledge of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
· Result driven
