  • You are responsible for sales in the Flemish part of Belgium for distributors both NL as BEL (like Kramp, GKN, Rijkers etc.) and valve sales Poclain Hydraulics.
  • You will work closely with application engineering (currently located in France) and the technical department of customer.
  • You will be coordinating between Customer Service and the logistic department of the customer, the QA department of Poclain Hydraulics and the customer.
  • You are responsible for negotiating the terms and conditions with the customer.
  • You are responsible for promoting and selling products to new and existing accounts.
  • Provide timely & detailed reports to communicate client activity to all concerned parties in Poclain Hydraulics.
  • Provide adequate forecasts for prototypes & production requirements with Customer Service.
  • Work with the application engineer responsible for the account.
  • You will function as product knowledge expert team together with the Application Engineer to provide the customer with training as needed.
  • You will assist and back up the inside sales personnel.
  • You will assist in the training of new personnel.
  • You will prepare & coordinate travel arrangements that make best use of time and company expenses.
  • You will supply the marketing department with pictures and details of successful applications for references and relevant competitor information.
  • You will enter and maintain data related to projects/prototypes and machines in dedicated registration tools.
  • You have a higher vocation background in a related area (i.e. Mechanical or Electro Mechanical Engineering).
  • You have proven experience in a comparable position / area.
  • You have a profound knowledge of Hydraulics.
  • You are able to adapt the Poclain Hydraulics Product range and Commercial Strategies.
  • You will be reporting in CRM (Peoplesoft).
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, preferable also able to communicate in French.
