Your part of the deal
The Tax department process the taxation of the various instruments based upon client instructions. This implies the collection of the tax documentation, the verification and input in our system, the processing of the different tax rate based upon client documentation.

Therefore the main tasks are:
– Monitor and control the taxation process
– Manage client contacts, queries and escalations
– Analyse and input Tax certification
– Process the payments with the accurate tax rates
– Report tax information to Depositaries and Authorities
– Analyse information from the market
– Escalate any discrepancy

There are shifts on a regular basis from 11:30 am to 07:30 pm.

This role will offer you a challenging job in an interesting field with a good level of autonomy and complexity, as well as worldwide contact with clients, depositaries and authorities and a nice team work atmosphere where there is always potential for growing and learning. As career path, you will first learn the various tasks linked to tax processing to be able to handle more and more complex issues. As the team is structured around the Lean principles, it is expected from each team member to be involved in the Continuous improvement process. In that frame, some team projects may be assigned to you, their size evolving with your expertise. Your Profile
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance
– Fluent in English, other language is a plus (preferably Italian)
– Autonomous, open minded and a quick learner.
– Solid excel knowledge
– Good problem solving and analytical skills.
– Team player, risk minded
– Stress resistant and self-reliant
– Flexible in terms of working hours (between 8.00am & 7.30pm)
– A first experience is a plus, especially in Tax environment
