Validatie ingenieur analytisch labo ()

Beschrijving:

Onze klant is een chemisch bedrijf op linkeroever dat o.a. lichtgevoelige polymeren, coatings en ontwikkelingsvloeistoffen produceert. Dit zijn hoogzuivere produkten die in een cleanroom omgeving geanalyseerd worden.  Zij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een project ingenieur voor het analytisch labo.

 Job description:

• You coordinate and perform the testing for the timely introduction of method development for new products.
  You investigate and participate in the introduction and validation of new test methods for improved capability. 
  By your broad knowledge of analytical techniques you advise for decisions towards the best-fit technique. 
  You provide extended technical training (especially for the transfer of validated methods to regular QC testing).
• You coordinate the lab capability testing and validation (GR&R) and define actions for reduced variability within the lab.  You follow up and report specific assigned projects (packaging, shelf life studies, alternative suppliers, PI resin testing, …).
• You work together with Production, Maintenance, Purchasing and Business to establish and facilitate the linkage and access between the analytical generated data and the source of the request.
• You become the key person for the coordination and documentation of the lab activities and systems according to the FMEA approach.

 

• Education : Academic Master in Chemistry (analytical chemistry) Experienced with the use of analytical techniques (2   3 years of experience)
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Languages : English fluently (spoken and written)
• Strong reporting and communication skills
• High sense of accuracy and creativity
• Able to approach problems in a structured and analytical way (use of problem solving techniques)
• Perseverance
