As a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) you are part of a clinical trial team and responsible for the administrative support during the start-up, execution and closing of clinical studies. You have a wide variety of tasks and are a key person for a smooth flow of the clinical trial process.

• You ensure detailed corresponding reports and administration: EC-submissions, …
• You are responsible for general administrative support towards the study site team
• You set up and maintain study site files
• …

• You have a first experience in clinical trials and an affinity with administration
• Experience with submissions to Ethics Committees is a requirement
• You have a higher scientific or secretarial degree
• You are trilingual (English, French, Dutch) – speaking and writing
• You are a team player and have good communication skills
• You work proactively and are able to prioritize multiple projects
• You are able to work independently
• You have good general computer skills
• You work accurate
• You are stress resistant and are able to take responsibility
