Our client is a market leader specialised in raw materials. For their offices they are currently looking for a multilingual Administrative Assistant.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients
  • Handling complaints
  • Responding mails (Dutch/ French/ English)
  • Managing Net-Link
  • Handling incoming correspondence, mail and telephone
  • Organising meetings and trainings
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Reporting
  • Updating the database
  • Handling official price changes


  • You are perfectly bilingual Dutch and French and you also speak fluently English
  • Knowledge of MC Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP is an asset
  • You are someone who can work under pressure and prioritize
  • You are organised and proactive
  • You can anticipate and take initiative when necessary
