Our client is a company specialised in investments. For their division in Brussels they are looking for an Office Assistant on Wednesday and Friday afternoon.

Job description:

  • Giving support to the Personal Assistant of the CEO in the daily tasks (travel arrangements, meetings, …)
  • Handling correspondence
  • Handling phone calls
  • Preparing presentations
  • Filing of documents
  • Ordering office supplies (paper, …)
  • Preparing of presentations

Profile:

  • You have a very good level in English and French (spoken)
  • You are computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • You are dynamic, stress-resistant, organised and a real team player
  • Open to Students but you must be available throughout the entire year
