We are looking for an Industrial Project Manager to start in January 2014 for an Energy Company in Feluy.

Start: January 2014

Duration: 3 months (Monthly contract)

Location: Feluy

Description:

Role:

You will act as Project Manager in an Industrial deployment project

Deployment:

· Coordinating and realizing all preparing actions for deployment;

· Setting up a detailed planning of preparation & action of each deployment;

· Realizing the deployment in partnership with the IT team.

Development:

· Development/follow-up & validation of solutions with the customers;

· Proposition of new solutions;

· Contributing to an optimizing ‘study of technical infrastructures;

· Able to audit the code of an applicsation.

Daily management:

· Insuring the leadership and back-up of applications in the maintenance service;

· Support of users for the applications;

· Follow-up of activities/incidents next different suppliers including the Applicaions’ Support team;

· Managing the upgrade of applications;

· Insuring the follow up of the used-licences;

· Active in the users’ club;

· Insuring the Access’ security to the applications via Active Directory;

· Insuring the update of standard docmentations (DSI) and set-up on the SharePoint.

Required skill set:

· 10 years experience in IT projects as project coordinator & Project Management;

· Experience with the management of Deployment project;

· Technical knowledges: Database Oracle, SQL Server & MS Access – .Net – Active Directory Windows – SharePoint – Advance skills with MS Excel;

· Relational & diplomatic;

· Master of methodologies: Project Management & Agile;

· Good capacity for writing documentations & reports;

· Natural leadership without hierarchy;

· Able to challenge business needs & persuasiveness;

· Flexibility to meet the users on the industrial plants;

· Flexibility to act the night and weekend if necessary;

· Good understanding of technical issues: concept & management of databases, C/S applications, development of interfaces,…

· Knowledge of TOAD.
