Senior English Executive Assistant- Brussels (native level) -Brussels ()


As the executive Assistant ENGLISH You provide assistance to the Chief Administration Officer. Your main tasks will be: DESCRIPTION: You will be responsible for : General administration – Management of calendar and travels, expense reports, handling telephone calls, meeting & greeting visitors,… – Writing and sending out memos/mails, update organization charts – The preparation of a variety of reports, also attending meetings and gathering information, writing first drafts – The coordination of information flow Presentations and reporting – Reviewing/preparing business presentations (create first drafts, reworking visuals, incorporating relevant graphs,…) – Preparation of reports (Management dashboards) by collecting and analyzing information Meetings and Events – Coordination and organization of meetings & events from A to Z: finding locations, hotel accommodations, organizing lunch, Dinner, presentations, meetings, handouts, pre- and post meeting correspondence, meeting minutes and records Projects and Others – Assist in/Coordinate special projects – Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed The perfect candidate will answer to following requirements: You have fluency in English (Native level is a must) You have minimum 5 years of work experience as Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant You have a secretarial degree or equivalent work experience You must have the ability to treat confidential information on high level As high level Assistant, you are experienced in scheduling, reporting, managing travel arrangements and logistic follow up You are trained to tackle administrative issues and can easily bring on a good structure within the administrative division You are strong logistical planner who can monitor, follow up and plan ahead while respecting the existing guidelines You are able to analyze facts and figures and draft conclusions from it You are PC literate and have a strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint Soft skills: You are a flexible person conscious of his responsibilities who is fast in finding solutions and enjoys helping out high level superiors You are able to communicate on all kind of different levels and adapt easily towards different situations You are helpful and cooperative in finding solutions You have a secretarial degree or equivalent work This is a full-time opportunity with a fixed contract.
