The EMEIA SIOP Analyst ( Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning, also known as S&OP – Sales & Operations Planning ) will be responsible for supporting the Global SIOP Leader to drive the SIOP process and best practices in EMEIA for Compressed Air activities. This position ensures cross functional communication and alignment between Demand Planning, Product Management, New Product Development, Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, Operations (Master Schedulers) and other departments. Position Responsibilities: Drives alignment process between Demand and Supply Develops close cooperation with Demand team; ensures processes & metrics to improve accuracy are in place Provides SIOP support to Plants to implement best Supply practices Ensures New Product Development (NPD) programs are embedded in SIOP Ensures alignment with Finance Drives SIOP timing adherence (monthly cycle): meetings & reviews, documents publishing, SIOP reports … etc Prepares and participates in SIOP Partnership Meetings and Exec Reviews Supports cross-regional SIOP processes Drives SIOP-related trainings and other associated topics Ensures SIOP Standard work implementation To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Good understanding of forecasting, demand planning, inventory management and production planning. Have solid interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate staff and to interact with various levels throughout the organization. Be a strong teamwork player. Be a flexible, decisive and proactive problem solver. Be a strong communicator and possess strong organizational skills, with ability to work on multiple priorities at once. Be able to work well in high pressure, fast-paced environment and be proficient at conflict resolution. Be proficient in information technology systems. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering discipline – specialization in Supply Chain/Logistics valued APICS Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), or commitment to obtain within the first 18 months of employment. Very good English knowledge, other language skills are a plus Solid knowledge on Supply Chain & Demands concepts, experience in similar role valued.
